Streamlined customer statement process Save time when creating customer statements.
TAS BOOKS allows you to set up customers so that they only receive a paper or email statement.
Or if you prefer you can set them up to receive both.

Ledger date manager TAS BOOKS has a single place to change all ledger dates and close off previous periods which saves you time from having to go into each separate ledger in the program.

Payment / Receipts in batch entry
The batch entry screens now allow you to enter supplier payments and customer receipts faster, especially when entering bulk transactions.

Retail gross pricing TAS BOOKS allows you to specify a customer as retail which means as you enter the gross price TAS BOOKS works out the net and the VAT.
This gives you greater flexibility and saves you time, you can now invoice for those ‘tricky’ amounts such as £12.99 inc VAT which is not possible under the normal way of calculating VAT.

Enhancements to the Account Processor technology allow you to see who made changes and what the changes were.
Easier auditing will save you time and can also lead to lower accountant / audit fees.

Reporting defaults When you run a report the next time you go to run the same report TAS BOOKS remembers the same settings which saves you time by not having to choose the same setting over again.
